Traditional recipe for granular rice.

Calculate the amount of rice we need . Ī”inse rice two - three times.
Boil water more than the amount of rice and add some salt if you want then add the rice. Allow to boil for about 4 minutes and remove from heat the boil.Cover the boil and remove the excess water.
Allow the rice for another 4-5 minutes without covered the pot to evaporate the moisture and the rice is ready and granular.
